Data Deletion Policy and Request
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to erase your personal data. This page explains the process.
What Data Is Deleted?
Permanent deletion removes:
- Account/profile info (email, name, etc.).
- All session history, stats, notes.
- Achievements, leaderboards (if opted-in).
- Social connections.
- Device-synced data.
- Any personal communications.
Anonymized Data: We may retain fully anonymized aggregates (no identifiers) for stats/research.
Process and Timelines
- Submit Request: Via app settings > Privacy > Delete Account, or form below.
- Verification: We'll email a confirmation link/code to verify (prevent unauthorized deletions).
- Cooling-Off: 14-day window to cancel (email support with ID).
- Deletion: Completed within 30 days of confirmation (or sooner).
- Confirmation: Email sent upon completion, with proof if requested.
Irreversible: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Requesting data deletion will permanently remove the above data.
Note: Backups may take up to 90 days to fully purge. Legal holds may delay deletion. Subscriptions: Cancel via app store first to avoid charges.
