Data Deletion Policy and Request

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to erase your personal data. This page explains the process.

What Data Is Deleted?

Permanent deletion removes:

Anonymized Data: We may retain fully anonymized aggregates (no identifiers) for stats/research.

Process and Timelines

  1. Submit Request: Via app settings > Privacy > Delete Account, or form below.
  2. Verification: We'll email a confirmation link/code to verify (prevent unauthorized deletions).
  3. Cooling-Off: 14-day window to cancel (email support with ID).
  4. Deletion: Completed within 30 days of confirmation (or sooner).
  5. Confirmation: Email sent upon completion, with proof if requested.

Irreversible: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Requesting data deletion will permanently remove the above data.

Note: Backups may take up to 90 days to fully purge. Legal holds may delay deletion. Subscriptions: Cancel via app store first to avoid charges.
